Gavin van Boekel appointed as member of the Executive Board Heijmans

After conclusion of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held today the Supervisory Board of Heijmans has appointed Gavin van Boekel as member of the Executive Board for a period of four years effective 1 September 2021. As of that date the Executive Board consists of Ton Hillen (CEO) and Gavin van Boekel (CFO).
