Heijmans Share Administration Trust
Certificates of shares are held by the Heijmans Share Administration Trust ('SA Trust'). The certificates are quoted on the Stock Exchange of NYSE Euronext in Amsterdam. The voting rights on ordinary shares are vested in the SA Trust. Holders of depositary receipts for shares wishing to vote at a shareholders’ meeting are granted an unconditional proxy by the SA Trust.
