The Supervisory Board of Heijmans wishes to appoint Mr G.M.P.A. (Gavin) van Boekel (1975) as a member of the Executive Board / CFO of Heijmans from 1 September 2021.
After completing studies in International Business Administration and Controlling (RC) he held various financial positions at Unilever, his latest position being CFO Middle Europe & Benelux. The proposed appointment will be explained during the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders which will be held at a date still to be determined.
Following the appointment, Heijmans' Executive Board will comprise Messrs. A.G.J. (Ton) Hillen and G.M.P.A. (Gavin) van Boekel.
