During the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) of Royal Heijmans N.V. that took place on Monday 4 November 2024, Marc van Gelder has been appointed as member of the Supervisory Board for a period of more than three and a half years. This period ends after the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in 2028.
Marc van Gelder was CEO with Mediq from 2005 – 2014 and has held various management positions with Ahold before that. Currently he holds various supervisory positions. The Supervisory Board is convinced that given his extensive experience in complex and challenging circumstances, Marc van Gelder will make a valuable contribution to both the Supervisory Board and Heijmans.
